Enter the brand name and/or product name.

Can I browse Flexi Africa without signing in?

Yes, you can browse without signing in. However, creating an account is recommended so you can track your order history, manage your wishlist, and enjoy a smoother checkout experience.

Tap the Cart icon.
Select the quantity dropdown for the item.
Choose Remove item.
Tap Continue Shopping if you wish to browse further.

Where do I enter my promo code?

Tap the Cart icon.
Scroll to the Order Summary section.
Enter your promo code in the Promo Code field.
Apply the code to your order.

I have a question about a product. How can I get more information?

To contact the store directly:

Open the product page and select Contact Store, or
Use the Contact Us page and include the product title and your question.

An item I want is out of stock. What should I do?

If an item is unavailable, we recommend using the search feature to look for the same or similar product. Many sellers on Flexi Africa offer comparable items that may be in stock.
