Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason. This period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@flexiafrica.com. Your request will be forwarded to the seller of the item.


How do I cancel an order?

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, which means cancellation requests are time-sensitive. In most cases, cancellation is only possible within approximately 3 hours of placing your order.

To request a cancellation, please email info@flexiafrica.com and include:

  • Product title

  • Product URL

  • Reason for cancellation


How will I be refunded if I cancel an item?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

  • In some cases, a cancellation may occur before the payment has been fully captured.


Why was my order cancelled?

In rare circumstances, an order may be cancelled if the item is no longer available or out of stock.

If this occurs, a full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.


Product Listings

The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?

We understand how frustrating it can be when an item is unavailable.

If a product is out of stock, we recommend using the search feature to look up the product name. Many sellers on Flexi Africa offer the same or similar items, and you may find an alternative available from another store.


How do I report copyright or trademark infringement?

If you believe a listing infringes copyright or trademark rights, please report it by emailing info@flexiafrica.com.
Include all relevant details and any supporting information to help us resolve the matter promptly.


How do I report inappropriate content?

Please report a product only if it violates Flexi Africa policies, including but not limited to:

  • Intellectual property infringement

  • Illegal or prohibited items

  • Recalled or unsafe products

To report inappropriate content, email info@flexiafrica.com and include:

  • Reason for reporting

  • Product URL

  • Product name
